Attention Vendors.... As the NCET organization has grown we have many vendors who want to attend the conference. We currently have room for 25 table vendors at the conference center. The NCET Board is asking that vendors sign up via the online form for registration at the NCET website found below. After filling out the online form you will receive confirmation from the Board with information on where to send payment starting November 30, 2011. The information you provide will be included in member notebooks and on our website. The Vendor registration fee for this year is $300. This includes meals for two people on both Wednesday and Thursday nights as well as a 6 foot table for displays. To accommodate space for all vendors, displays must fit within a 4x8 foot space. If additional tickets are needed for the meals please notify the board upon receiving confirmation email, price per meal is based on the cost to NCET. Exact meal prices will be determined in December. Wireless Internet access is available, but wired drops are not. The vendor area will open Wednesday morning of the conference. Vendors should complete setup by 8:30 AM. If not setup by 8:30 AM, those vendors will not be able to setup until lunch break on Wednesday. Vendors are encouraged to setup Tuesday night before the conference, or before 8:15 Wednesday morning. Vendor Guidelines 1) All door prizes will be given away during the RoundTable (Wednesday afternoon) or at Closing Session (Friday morning) 2) All prizes will become property of NCET and vendor names of donated prizes will not be disclosed due to ERate regulations and rules 3) Door prizes must be given away at the Conference; no prizes are to be mailed to winners after the Conference. 4) Vendors are not to take members out of NCET general sessions or other sponsored sessions. 5) All vendors are to show professional courtesy for NCET members and other vendors. 6) Vendor events at the conference center must be open to all members. 7) Vendor must have representation at the pre-conference vendor meeting on Tuesday night. (March 20, 2012 @ 7PM) 8) Vendor tables will be chosen on a first come first serve basis. Tables will not be reserved via email, phone or other means prior to conference.
