Limited Vendor Registration for the 2020 NCET Conference will open July 1st, 2020.
As we were forced to move our conference from March to October due to Covid-19, we are offering our original vendors the chance to keep their booths for October 2020. If we have any open slots become available, they will be filled via the waitlist on the Vendor Registration above.
Hello Potential NCET Vendors,
Thank you for your interest in a vendor booth at the 2020 NCET Conference. If you are currently not on our vendor email list, please submit a contact form via the Contact Us link to the left. The NCET is a member run organization primarily of technicians who work in North Carolina Public and Charter K-12 schools. Each year we host a conference that is a gathering to share our knowledge and learn about new and exciting technologies.
Vendor Registration will open September 19th at 10AM EDT.
Vendor cost for a booth has remained $500.
Booths will be approximately a 6x6 square with a 6 foot table provided.
36 Vendor spots available.
Booth Selection will be based on order of payment received. We will accept Credit Card via Paypal or company check.
We will provide a list of Organizations attending the conference without their contact info by April 15th, 2020
Booth setup may begin at 3pm Tuesday March 24th.
Booths should be setup prior to 7:30 AM on Wednesday March 25th to cut down on congestion in the hallways and rooms.
A Mandatory vendor meeting will be 7:15 AM Wednesday March 25th in the Crystal Ballroom next to the vendor area. Every vendor must have a representative at the meeting.
We follow the NC Public sector guidelines for gifts. Any gifts larger than a trinket will have to be donated to the NCET organization.
We will then give those out to the membership at the end of the conference via a drawing.
March 25-27, 2020
The Village Inn
6205 Ramada Drive, Clemmons, NC 27012
We provide dinner to our membership Wednesday and Thursday night. Cost of dinner per person per night is $35 if you wish to join.
Please provide information on classes that you would like to present. Class teaching slots are not guaranteed, but we will try and accommodate your classes if we can.
Classes are chosen by the board to diversify and fulfill member topic recommendations.
This is a technical conference. Classes should be instructional in nature. If you want to showcase your product, do so by showing the product in use, rather than information in slides. When people leave your class they should walk out the door with a feeling that they learned something concrete.
Per Session evaluations will be available for attendees.
Thank you for your interest, and we hope to see you March 25-27 at the 2020 NCET Conference.
If you have any questions feel free to email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) or email@example.com at anytime.
